FALSE REPORTING OF CRIME

The victim appears on duty at the time stating that the facts lent his motorcycle to the Falcon name Alexsandro his godfather and he said he would go to Sao Paulo with motorcycle and after fifteen days back. However, his godfather is systematically making excuses and do not return the motorcycle. About a month ago the victim threatened to register a police report on the facts and Alexsandro simply replied that the motorcycle "gone." The transfer document was was with the document Licensing, and both are in possession of Alexsandro. Victim advised of the crime of False Reporting of Crime. Nothing more.
